Compared with traditional grinding mills, it can save a lot of time and time. Energy costs. YGM grinding mill is widely used in many industries, such as mining, building materials, metallurgy, petroleum, coal, chemical industry, ceramics, papermaking, rubber, refractory materials, and food and feed additives. It is particularly suitable for grinding and crushing ores with Mohs hardness < 9.3 and humidity < 6%, such as barite, iron ore, molybdenum ore, fluorite, phosphate rock, dolomite, bentonite, granite, talc, quartz, calcite and other ores, as well as non-flammable and explosive, hard and brittle materials. The fineness of the finished product can be freely adjusted in the range of 80-425 mesh, and if special devices are added, coarse powder of 30-80 mesh can also be produced. In terms of operation, the YGM grinding mill is simple and easy to understand, with a high degree of intelligence, and can realize automatic control. Operators can easily get started and accurately adjust various parameters, further improving the convenience and accuracy of production.

1. Higher Production Efficiency


- Large Grinding Force: Under the action of the high-pressure spring, the grinding force of the YGM grinding roller on the material can be increased by 800-1200kg. Compared with the traditional grinding mill under the same power conditions, its rolling pressure is higher. When processing the same material, it can crush the material more effectively, thereby improving production efficiency. For example, when grinding limestone, the output of a YGM grinding mill can be increased by 20%-30% compared to a traditional mill.

- Wide Range Of Finished Product Particle Size Adjustment: YGM grinding mill has a wide range of finished product particle sizes. The coarsest particle size can reach 0.613 mm (30 mesh), generally can reach 0.033 mm (425 mesh), and a small number of materials can reach the smallest particle size of 0.013 mm ( 1000 mesh), while the final particle size adjustment range of traditional mills is relatively narrow, making it difficult to meet some production needs with higher fineness requirements.

However, when traditional grinding mills handle certain materials with higher hardness or higher humidity, problems such as poor crushing effect and serious equipment wear may occur.

Working Principle

Working principle

The YGM Raymond Mill mainly uses the main motor to drive the grinding roller to rotate at high speed on the grinding ring, thereby grinding the material.


When the material is fed into the main machine of the grinding mill from the feeding device, it is evenly distributed around the circumference of the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force. There is a certain gap between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The grinding roller exerts huge pressure and friction on the material during high-speed rotation. As the grinding roller continues to roll, the material is gradually crushed under the combined effect of pressure and friction.


The crushed materials will be blown up by the blower and enter the classifier. Classifiers can screen the fineness of materials. The finished materials that meet the fineness requirements will be collected through the pipeline, while the coarse-grained materials that do not meet the fineness requirements will be returned to the main machine of the mill for grinding again. This cyclic grinding method can ensure that the fineness of the final product meets the requirements, and also improves the utilization rate of materials.


During the entire working process, all parts of the YGM Raymond Mill work closely together to convert lumpy or granular materials into fine powder through the action of mechanical force, meeting the requirements of different industries for raw material fineness.
