Crushing part: usually includes a hammer crusher, which is used to crush large pieces of material into small particles to provide raw materials of suitable particle size for subsequent grinding processes. Conveying part: There is a bucket elevator, which is responsible for sending the crushed material into the storage bin; there is also a vibrating feeder, which can evenly send the material in the storage bin to the feed port of the micro powder grinding mill main machine, ensuring that the material enters the grinding area stably and evenly, and improving the grinding efficiency.

HGM micro-powder grinding mill's main motor drives the main shaft and turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. After the large pieces of material are crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher, they are sent to the storage bin by elevator and then sent to the bulk material plate on the upper part of the turntable evenly through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is scattered to the circumference. It falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller and becomes powder after being processed by three layers of rings. The high-pressure fan draws external air into the machine through suction and brings the crushed material into the powder selector. The rotating impeller in the powder selector makes the coarse material fall back for re-grinding, and the fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged from the discharge valve at the bottom as the finished product, while the airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
