VSI6X vertical shaft crusher is a high-efficiency sand-making and crushing equipment with independent core intellectual property rights developed by our company based on years of practical experience. This equipment can be widely used in metal and non-metallic ores, building materials, artificial sand, and various metallurgical slags. The impeller structure adopts a new design of four throwing ports to increase the material throughput. Compared with the three-port impeller, the crushing efficiency of the same material is increased by about 20%;
The transmission part of the equipment adopts a special sealing structure to prevent oil leakage from the bearing cylinder;
The bearings use imported bearings to reduce rotation system failures. A new lifting device is added to facilitate customers' maintenance of the equipment;
The simple structure design of the lower part of the machine effectively prevents clogging of the lower part of the machine when the moisture content of the material is too high;

When entering into impeller, the raw material can be crushed directly by hitting impact plate after it is accelerated and threw out. The raw material can also be divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One falls down from all around. The other enters into impeller and is accelerated, threw out and collides with the falling material and hit, rebound with impact plate. The circulation hits repeats. As the crushing is moving forward, small particle materials will gradually form a material bed around the impact plate which can improve the crushing effect and protect the machine. The desired artificial sand comes downwards though outlet finally.
