When working, the MTW trapezoidal mill first crushes the material to a suitable particle size, sends it to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then enters the main grinding chamber through the vibrating feeder. In the main machine, the bevel gear transmission drives the center shaft to drive the roller hanger and the roller device. The roller rotates and revolves around the center shaft and rotates on its own. The scraper throws the material into the gap between the roller and the grinding ring to crush the material by centrifugal force. After grinding, the powder rises with the airflow, is classified by the powder selector, and is screened by adjusting the blade speed. The qualified powder enters the large cyclone powder collector, separates it from the airflow, and collects it as a finished product. The unqualified coarse powder falls back and is re-grounded. The airflow is closed and circulated, and the induced draft fan participates in the whole process of material transportation and classification under positive and negative pressure.
